42 year old, Thomas Fingy of Pocahontas was arrested on October 1st by the Pocahontas Police Department.
Fingy is charged with Sexual Indecency With A Child (Felony) and Sexual Assault 2nd Degree (Felony).
Fingy is currently incarcerated in the Randolph County Detention Center awaiting a bond hearing and court date.
