According to Sheriff Charley Melton, the following individuals were incarcerated last week. All persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty in court.
Daniel Bailey, 48 of Melbourne, was arrested on September 22nd on a warrant out of the Izard County Circuit Court for three counts of possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, and simultaneous possession of drugs and firearms.
Jarron Burk, 45 of Melbourne, was arrested on September 23rd on a warrant for failure to appear out of Greene County.
Eric Stewart, 37 of Calico Rock, was arrested on September 24th on a warrant out of the Izard County District Court for failure to appear.
Mariano Tolentino-Covarrubias, 21 of Melbourne, was arrested on September 25th for no vehicle license, no driver’s license, no proof of insurance, speeding, and DWI.
Thomas Peal, 71 of Melbourne, was arrested on September 25th on a warrant out of the Izard County District Court for DWI and careless driving.
Jeffrey Young, 45 of Horseshoe Bend, was arrested on September 25th for probation violations and a bond revocation out of the Izard County Circuit Court.
Billy Holland, 60 of Pineville, was arrested on September 27th for terroristic threatening 2nd degree and disorderly conduct.
