A U.S. service member identified as Brandon Kyle Moore of Virginia Beach, Virginia, was charged on Wednesday with rape/sexual intercourse with a person less than 14 years of age.
Court documents stated on Aug. 26, a woman reported the allegations to the Jonesboro Police Department.
During a an interview with a Crimes Against Children Division investigator, the victim described in detail various sexual acts Moore performed on them on different occasions.
The victim reported that “Moore took video of what he was doing” according to the affidavit.
Moore was arrested in Norfolk, Virginia, and returned to Jonesboro on Sept. 23rd.
Moore is currently being held in the Craighead County Detention Center on a $750,000 cash/surety bond.
Moore will be required to wear a GPS ankle monitor, have no contact with the victim or anyone under the age of 18, and not possess any devices with internet access.
