From the Corning Police Department:
On September 19, 2025, officers from the Corning Police Department responded to a reported altercation on the 600 block of Chestnut Street. Upon arrival, a female exited a vehicle parked in the driveway and began yelling and screaming at the officer, subsequently removing her clothing and exposing her bare chest. The officer took the female into custody and assisted her in replacing her shirt. Further investigation revealed that the female was highly intoxicated. Destiny Glasgow, 30, was transported to the Clay County Detention Center and charged with § 5-71-212 – Public Intoxication and § 5-71-207 Disorderly Conduct.
