According to Sheriff Charley Melton, the following individuals were incarcerated last week. All persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty in court.
Samuel Mario, 29 of Batesville, was arrested on September 8th for driving without a driver’s license.
Paul Southerland, 47 of Viola, was arrested on September 8th for a petition to revoke felony probation out of the Izard County Circuit Court.
James Magouirk, 35 of Melbourne, was arrested on September 8th on a warrant out of the Izard County Circuit Court for delivery of a controlled substance, two counts of possession of a controlled substance, maintaining a drug premises, and unauthorized use of another person’s property to facilitate a crime.
Kimberly Shrake, 33 of Melbourne, was arrested on September 8th on a warrant out of the Izard County Circuit Court for three counts of delivery of a controlled substance, maintaining a drug premises, and fraudulent use of a communication device. Shrake has been charged as a habitual offender. She also has a petition to revoke her felony probation.
Jessie Brock, 44 of Elizabeth, was arrested on September 10th for two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance. Brock was charged as a habitual offender.
Randi Dodd, 42 of Mountain Home, was arrested on September 10th for two counts of possession of a controlled substance and resisting arrest. Dodd was also charged as a habitual offender.
Joshua Reed, 30 of Melbourne, was arrested on September 10th on a warrant out of the Izard County District Court for violation of the Arkansas hot check law.
Destiny Loosey, 25 of Calico Rock, was arrested on September 13th for DWI and refusal to submit to a chemical test.
Amber Mix, 38 of Oxford, was arrested on September 13th on a warrant out of the Izard County Circuit Court for contempt of Court. Mix also had a warrant out of the Izard County District Court for violation of the Arkansas hot check law.
