According to Sheriff Charley Melton, the following individuals were incarcerated in the last two weeks. All persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty in court.

Paige Ashura, 32 of Pineville, was arrested on August 25th for public intoxication.

Mary Nierman, 37 of Salem, was arrested on August 26th for a warrant out of the Izard County District Court for two counts of criminal trespass and disorderly conduct.

Alison Ogilvie, 61 of Mount Pleasant, was arrested on August 26th for a warrant out of the Izard County District Court for failure to pay fines.

Cheyenne Mansfield, 21 of Williford, was arrested on August 27th for a warrant out of the Izard County Circuit Court for financial identity fraud and theft of property.

Shayla Blocker, 31 of Horseshoe Bend, was arrested on August 28th for probation violations,

Tony Forehand, 62 of Melbourne, was arrested on August 29th for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Joseph Blom, 39 of Horseshoe Bend, was arrested on September 2nd for driving on a suspended driver’s license.

James Meeks, 42 of Oxford, was arrested on September 2nd for a warrant out of the Izard County Circuit Court for terroristic threatening and driving on a suspended driver’s license. Meeks was charged with two additional counts of terroristic threatening in the Izard County District Court. Meeks also has a felony warrant out of Howell County MO for harassment 1st degree.

James Simpson, 67 of Calico Rock, was arrested on September 2nd for assault 3rd degree.

Meade Goode, 40 of Salem, was arrested on September 3rd for a warrant out of the Izard County District Court for failure to appear.

Lisa Allard, 57 of Horseshoe Bend, was arrested on September 4th for a warrant out of Sharp County for failure to appear, failure to pay fines, and probation violations.

Devin Cossey, 33 of Franklin, was arrested on September 4th for breaking or entering and theft of property.

Cacia Woody, 34 of Franklin, was arrested on September 4th for breaking or entering and theft of property.

Remington Lee, 19 of Melbourne, was arrested on September 4th for speeding, underage DUI, possession of alcohol by a minor, and possession of an open container of alcohol in a vehicle.

David Flynn, 34 of Horseshoe Bend, was arrested on September 6th for a warrant out of Fulton County for failure to appear and failure to pay.
