Authorities report that 44 year old Micheal Smith of Mammoth Spring was arrested Thursday evening by the Fulton County Sheriff’s Department.
Smith was taken into custody on August 21 around 6 p.m. and charged with (felony) second-degree battery against a law enforcement officer, (felony) possession of a controlled substance, (felony) terroristic threatening, and public intoxication.
Smith is currently being held in the Fulton County Jail on a $100,000 bond.
