The Arkansas State Police report on a fatal UTV accident in rural Clay County has been released.
According to the fatal crash report, at 11:00pm on August 9th, Devon Young age 30 of Beech Grove was killed when was ejected from the 2023 Can-Am Defender he was a passenger in.
According to the report, Young was ejected after the driver of the UTV left the roadway (Clay County Road 2002) ejecting the passenger.
Young was transported to Lawrence Memorial Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
No other injuries were reported, the driver’s name was not released.
