Marion County Sheriff Gregg Alexander reports the arrest of RICKIE ED HEINEN, 51 YOA, of Yellville, on one (1) count of Rape, a Class “Y” Felony, and forty-eight (48) counts of Sexual Assault 2nd Degree, a Class “D” Felony.
The arrest stems from an investigation into allegations reported by a minor female victim. On 06/27/25, a Marion County Deputy was dispatched to a verbal domestic dispute at a residence on Marion County (MC) 8096. The Deputy contacted the minor female victim and spoke with her about the incident. During the initial investigation, the minor female victim disclosed a sexual relationship with HEINEN, who is her mother’s fiancée, that has been on-going for approximately four (4) years.
On 06/27/25, Investigator’s transported the minor female victim to Grandma’s House, a Child Advocacy Center in Mountain Home, where she was forensically interviewed. During the interview, the minor female victim disclosed additional details about the relationship.
On 08/04/25 during an interview with Investigators, HEINEN admitted to sexually assaulting the minor female victim three (3) to four (4) times per week, for the past year, but denied engaging in sexual intercourse.
HEINEN was arrested and booked into the Marion County Detention Center (MCDC) and is charged with on one (1) count of Rape, a Class “Y” Felony, and forty-eight (48) counts of Sexual Assault 2nd Degree, a Class “D” Felony, with a bond set at $75,000.
Sheriff Alexander states the investigation is on-going and additional arrests are expected.
