Vivian Kemper age 45 of Pocahontas was arrested on Saturday and charged with numerous offenses.
According to online records, Kemper was charged with Possession of Meth/Cocaine with intent to deliver, Possession of Controlled Substance Schedule IV, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Use Of Another Person’s Property To Facilitate A Crime, Maintaining A Drug Premise.
Kemper is currently in the Randolph County Detention Center awaiting a bond hearing and court date.
