Barrett Layne Matthews age 50 of Black Rock was arrested on Friday 6/25/25 in Baxter County by the Arkansas State Police.
According to online records, Matthews is charged with multiple drug charges including Possession of Meth/Cocaine with purpose to deliver (felony), (3) Felony Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, (1) Misdemeanor Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Possession of a Controlled Substance Sch VI (felony) and violation of conditions of parole.
Matthews was taken to the the Baxter County Detention Center, a $15,000 bond was issued with an August 11th court date.
