On June 3, 2025, our Internet Crime Against Children (ICAC) Division received a cyber tip from ASP regarding a Dropbox account that was used to upload child sexual abuse material. A search warrant was issued for both Dropbox and Google for an account under the username Brandon Ralph. The IP address was returned to a local rental company, which provided information on one of their tenants, William Brandon Ralph.
Dropbox did respond to the warrant and provided data, along with images and videos containing child sexual abuse from the account registered to Mr. Ralph. An arrest warrant was issued for Mr. Ralph by Judge Fowler. On July 15, 2025, JPD TFO Erik Johnson located Mr. Ralph at his residence in Paragould and took him into custody. He appeared before Judge Fowler and received a $1,000,000 cash surety bond and no internet access.
Great job goes to the JPD ICAC Division and the US Marshals East Arkansas Fugitive Task Force for this investigation and arrest. #BetterTogether
