According to Sheriff Charley Melton, the following individuals were incarcerated in the last week. All persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty in court.
Jesse May, 41 of Pineville, was arrested on July 1st for terroristic threatening 1st degree and disorderly conduct.
Robert Ferrari, 36 of Franklin, was arrested on July 3rd for DWI.
Rowdy Trivitt, 53 of Hardy, was arrested on July 3rd on a warrant out of the Izard County District Court for harassing communications.
Kaleb Nowlin, 18 of Munford TN, was arrested on July 4th for no seat belt, careless driving, no proof of insurance, no driver’s license, DWI, and obstructing governmental operations.
Marty Webb, 67 of Mount Pleasant, was arrested on July 4th for driving on the left side of the road, no proof of insurance, no driver’s license, and DWI.
Jacob Bell, 18 of Jonesboro, was arrested on July 4th for no seat belt, public intoxication, and possession of a controlled substance.
