Jack Clarence Bern, 77 of Bono passed away June 11, 2025, in Jonesboro at the NEA Baptist Hospital.
Born July 4, 1947, in Galesburg, IL, to Jack and Betty Huffman Bern. Jack worked most of his life as an Architect Contractor and was a Veteran. He loved painting, and playing the guitar, drums, and harmonica.
He is preceded in death by his parents.
His survivors include two daughters, Kimberly Davidson of Jonesboro, and Melinda Bern of VA; two brothers, James (Mary) Bern of PA, and Don Bern of Galesburg, IL; six grandchildren, Timothy Jack (TJ), Ashley, Nikki, Elijah, Brooke, and Jacob; ten great grandchildren, Abigail, Braelynn, Hunter, Logan, Chelsea, Da’mir, Quinniah, Zeva, Jaxon, and Aviana; and many other relatives and friends.
A Memorial Service will be held on Thursday, June 26, 2025, at 2 PM at the Bryan Funeral Home in Hoxie.
