Glenda Sue Rice, 78 of Hoxie passed away June 20, 2025, at the Flo & Phil Hospice House in Jonesboro.
Born September 1, 1946, in Walnut Ridge, to the late William and Yvonne Warner Beller. She was a member of the O’Kean Freewill Baptist Church and enjoyed crocheting in her spare time.
In addition to her parents, she is also preceded in death by a brother, William Edward Beller; and a sister, Mary DeMastes.
Survivors include three children, Lori Ward of Hoxie, Paul (Lisa) Ward of West VA, and Lisa (John) Downing of Flippin; five grandchildren, Rogan (Leann) Ross of Benton, Samantha Ward of Hoxie, Devin (Clay) Fare of Memphis, Justin (Shauna) Bolding of Mountain Home, and Megan Bryan of Lincoln, NE; fifteen great grandchildren; two brothers, Robert (Cara) Beller of Pocahontas, and Larry (Brenda) Beller of Galesburg, IL; two grand dogs, Narly and Sasha; and many other relatives and friends.
Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, June 28, 2025, at 2 PM at the Duty Cemetery with Bro. William Aaron Winfrey officiating.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Red Cross or the American Cancer Society.
