According to Sheriff Charley Melton, the following individuals were incarcerated in the last week. All persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty in court.
Edward Macias, 52 of Horseshoe Bend, was arrested on June 16th for disorderly conduct.
Hunter Townsley, 27 of Horseshoe Bend, was arrested on June 16th for probation violations.
Kaleb Welch, 31 of Pineville, was arrested on June 16th for violating conditions of release.
Shawn James, 51 of Little Rock, was arrested on June 20th for possession of a controlled substance, public intoxication, and open container of alcohol.
Nathaniel Dean, 25 of Brockwell, was arrested on June 21st for speeding, no seat belt, driving on a suspended driver’s license, and DWI 2nd.
Kevin Buton, 46 of Franklin, was arrested on June 22nd for reckless driving, driving left of center, possession of an open container of alcohol, DWI, refusal to submit to a chemical test, and possession of a controlled substance.
Jacob Darnell, 26 of Mount Pleasant, was arrested on June 23rd for DWI.
