David Donithan, 43, of Williford, was arrested for Disorderly Conduct, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Public Intoxication.
James Floyd, 51, of Franklin, was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated-2nd Offense, Driving Left of Center, and Open Container of Alcohol in Vehicle.
