The Arkansas Division of Emergency Management (ADEM) along with the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) and the Small Business Administration (SBA) will setup a Survivor Outreach Center at the Black Rock City Hall, located at 491 Elm Street in Black Rock beginning on Thursday, June 5th through Saturday June 7th from 8:00AM to 6:00 PM.
Anyone that was affected by either the March 14th Tornado event or the April Flood event is eligible to apply for financial assistance at this location.
