From the Lawrence County Cooperative Extension Service: Lawrence County was well represented at the Delta District Food Challenge today! These two teams were given a mystery ingredient, prepared a dish, and then did a presentation for the judges over the nutrition, cost, and safety concerns of the dish. Both teams did a fantastic job and will advance to state competition in August!
