First up was the arrest of Steven Speirs on Monday afternoon. On April 29, 2025, a home health nurse contacted the police, stating that she had been tending to a patient and had discovered some images on the client’s computer that appeared to be of juvenile males showing genitalia. Our department obtained a search warrant, and his computers and tech devices were seized and searched. Ten original files were located depicting sexual content. An arrest warrant was issued, and Mr. Speirs was taken into custody. He is being charged with Possession or Use of Child Sexual Abuse Material and received a $1,000,000 cash/surety bond today.

The second arrest took place on Tuesday, May 13, 2025. On April 15, our ICAC Division received a cybertip from the ASP ICAC Unit that involved an account that uploaded child sexual abuse material. Two emails were associated with the account, and both are connected to Robert Hill. Detectives discovered 12 videos depicting juveniles engaging in sexual activities with adult males. Hill was taken into custody and charged with Possession or Use of Child Sexual Abuse Material. He received a $250,000 cash/surety bond today.

Our third arrest goes to Jose Alvarez-Interiano. On April 28, 2025, a juvenile victim and their guardian reported to an area school that Jose Alvarez-Interiano had been inappropriately touching the juvenile’s “private parts.” During a forensic interview, the victim disclosed that while visiting a family member’s home, the suspect had touched her inappropriately, describing the details.
