Billy Lynford Phillips, 80 of Walnut Ridge passed away April 30, 2025, in the Lawrence Memorial Hospital surrounded by his loved ones.
He was born on January 3, 1945, in Cardwell, MO to the late Levi and Doris Mills Phillips. He spent most of his life working as a truck driver and proudly served in the US Army as a Private First Class. He loved collecting guns and old cars.
In addition to his parents, he is also preceded in death by a granddaughter, Savanah Fenley; and three brothers, Frank, Harold, and Paul Phillips.
Survivors include four daughters, Karrie (Greg) Buffy of Burton, MI, Dawna (Aaron) Fenley of Imboden, Barbara (Ronnie) Moore of Powhatan, and Kelly Phillips of Bakersfield, CA; eleven grandchildren; five great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; and many other relatives and friends.
A graveside service will be held Saturday, May 10, 2025, at the Oak Forrest Cemetery in Black Rock.
