On February 25th, 2025, at approximately 1 1 A.M. the Clay County Sheriffs Dept. received information that 54 yr. old Timothy Roy Hill was selling Methamphetamine out of his residence in Greenway.

On February 28th, at approximately 1 P.M. the Sheriffs Dept. received information that Hill was selling Methamphetamine out of his residence in Greenway. On March 1 st, at approximately 12:07 P.M. the Sheriffs Dept. made a traffic stop on the Hill subject at the St. Francis River bridge on Hwy. 90 coming from Kennett. When the Sheriffs Dept. came in contact with Hill, they advised him they had a Felony warrant for his arrest.

The warrant was for Delivery of Controlled Substance. The Sheriffs Dept. conducted a search of Hill, and the vehicle. They found what tested positive to be Methamphetamine on Hill.

The Sheriffs Dept. then went to Hill’s residence in Greenway and executed a search warrant. When the Sheriffs Dept. pulled up to the residence, a male subject was seen exiting a shed behind the house.

The Sheriffs Dept. then came in contact with 22yr. old Sabian Lee Landrum of Greenway. They advised him they had a search warrant for the property. A search was conducted of the house and shed. Other illegal items were found in the house and shed.

Hill and Sabian were transported to the Clay County Detention Center. Hill was booked on the following charges. Possession Of Meth or Cocaine with Purpose to Deliver GT 2GM But LT IOGM, Possession of Meth or Cocaine with Purpose to Deliver GT 2GM But LT IOGM, Possession of Meth or Cocaine with Purpose to Deliver GT 10Gm But LT 200GM, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Possession of Defaced Firearm. Sabian was booked on the following charges. Possession Of SCH I Or Il GT IOGM but LT 200GM.
