Arkansas State Police report that Malcolm Hix age 49 was killed in Independence County when the semi truck he was driving struck the trailer of another Semi, with the trailer catching fire early Tuesday.
The accident happened on Highway 69 at the OMP Feed Mill east of Magness at 4:39 am on Tuesday morning according to the ASP report.
