Black River Technical College announced that Johnny McDonald of Pocahontas has been awarded the Sylvia Cagle Single Parent Scholarship.
The Sylvia Cagle Single Parent Scholarship is provided by Darrell Cagle in honor of his mother, Sylvia, who raised him while being a single mother.
