Black River Technical College (BRTC) Law Enforcement Training Academy(LETA) class 2023-B would like to invite the community to a 9/11 remembrance event.
The event will begin at 7:30 a.m. The recruits will march to the flag poles in front of the BRTC administration building where a moment of silence will be observed.
