According to Chief Deputy Kevin “Bart” Simpson, the following individuals were incarcerated last week (8/22/23-8/28/2023). An average of 73 inmates were housed in the Sharp County Detention Center daily.
Dana Anderson, 38, of Arkansas, was arrested for Failure to Pay Time Pay on Fail to Pay Fines and Cost.
James Biby, 44, of Little Rock, was arrested for Parole/Probation Hold.
Zachary Clair, 20, of Sidney, was arrested for Failure to Appear-Felony on Commercial Burglary, Theft of Property.
Sarah Deutsch, 36, of Newark, was arrested for Failure to Appear and Failure to Pay Time Pay on Possession of Controlled Substance.
Nicole Foust, 37, of Hardy, was arrested for Disorderly Conduct.
Hallie Gates, 31, of Hoxie, was arrested for Driving or Boating While Intoxicated-1st Offense.
Jonathan Guajardo, 44, of Cave City, was arrested for Failure to Appear- Dogs at large Ordinance x2, Vicious /Aggressive Animal Ordinance.
Angela Jernigan, 40, of Hardy, was arrested for Hold for Other County/State.
Jimmie Lamb, 54, of Hardy, was arrested for Furnishing, Possessing, or Using Prohibited Articles.
Amy Little, 43, of Hardy, was arrested for Failure to Appear on Expired Vehicle License.
Joseph Peridore, 34, of Jonesboro, was arrested for Public Intoxication, Disorderly Conduct, Refusal to be Fingerprinted/Photographed.
Allen Ramsdell, 61, of Hardy, was arrested for Driving or Boating while Intoxicated-1st Offence.
Stephen Ray, 41, of Hardy, was arrested for Unlawful Taking of Vehicle, Assault on Family or Household Member 1st Degree, Interference with Emergency Communications 1st Degree.
Randy Williams, 48, of Little Rock, was arrested for Parole/Probation Revocation.
Wesley Williams, 25, of Sherwood, was arrested for Parole/Probation Revocation.
Thomas Wimberly, 56, of Sherwood, was arrested for Parole/Probation Revocation.
Jill York, 40, of Malvern, was arrested for Refusal to Submit to Arrest, Driving or Boating while Intoxicated-1st Offense, Driving without a Driver’s License, No Insurance, Careless/Prohibited Driving, Driving to Fast for Conditions/No Accident.
