BRTC has announced that Lily Lewis of Walnut Ridge has been awarded the John and Wilma Whitlow Scholarship for Walnut Ridge Graduates.
Lewis, a 2023 graduate of Walnut Ridge High School, is seeking a degree in nursing.
She is the daughter of Bobby and DeAnna Steele.
