Wesley James Friend, age 22 of Hoxie was arrested on Saturday November 19th on charges of Sexual Assault 4th Degree (Felony) and Sexual Indecency With A Child (Felony).
Wesley James Friend is currently incarcerated in the Lawrence County Detention Center.
