On May 13th, 2020, officers from the Pocahontas Police Department along with the U.S. Marshall service and officers from Arkansas Community Corrections apprehended Christopher McBroome in Pocahontas. Mr. McBroome was wanted out of Jonesboro as a suspect in a shooting.
Jonesboro Police Department confirmed that McBroome is the suspect in a shooting that occurred Tuesday afternoon in the 900 block of Kate Avenue. The victim was hospitalized for a gun shot wound to the leg.
