Mayor Bonnie Ragsdale accepted the award for the City Of Black Rock as they were awarded the 4-Star award by the Arkansas Municipal League last week.
Black Rock was one of only 16 cities in the state to receive the award.
Congratulations to Mayor Ragsdale, the Black Rock City Council, staff and employees and residents of Black Rock.
