On Septemeber 20th, 2016 the Lawrence County Sheriff’s Department arrested Otto Scott Bunn age 48, for failure to comply with Registration and Reporting Requirements.
Bunn is a level 2 registered sex offender and moved to a different residence without notifying authorities of his whereabouts.
Bunn is currently in the Lawrence County Jail awaiting a bond hearing.
