 On October 09, 2011 The Lawrence County Sheriff’s Office arrested Elaine Brady (04/28/78) of Imboden for delivery of a controlled substance (meth), possession of a controlled substance (meth) and possession of drug paraphernalia. The arrest came after an undercover buy of meth from Brady at a local store in Imboden Sunday afternoon. After the buy Deputies picked Brady up and recovered the money used in the buy along with several other baggies of meth ready for distribution. Brady also had several loaded syringes of meth on her. Brady was placed under arrest, Mirandize and questioned about the transactions. Brady at first gave a false name and information but the deputies knew who she was. Brady finally told the deputies who she was and about the selling of the meth. Brady was transported to the Lawrence Count y Jail to await a bond hearing. At the bond hearing on Monday, bond was set at $5,000 and a Circuit Court date of November 16 was issued.
