Wednesday night a traffic stop along Hwy 25 in Black Rock results in the discovery of a complete met lab. Deputies arrested Paul Ragsdale of Black Rock and Jeffery Johnson of Walnut Ridge, both were charged with intent to deliver and intent to manufacture meth.
