43-year-old Tabitha Pebler has been charged in Fulton County with second-degree murder in the death of Brandon Chrisco.

Pebler admitted to authorities that she was mowing her lawn when the lawn mower got stuck, she asked Chrisco to assist with getting it unstuck.  She stated he was upset about having to help with the mower.

Pebler got the mower stuck again, and the male victim allegedly called her a name and shoved her off the mower.

Pebler then allegedly went to a vehicle and grabbed a pistol. She said she fired several warning shots, then shot him.

Pebler told authorities that she did not mean to kill him, just scare him.
