Curtis Ray Allen, age 22 of Pocahontas is behind bars again after police allege he kidnapped a woman and threatened her life.
Curtis Ray Allen was arrested on Wednesday after a judge found probable cause to issue a warrant for Allen.
Curtis Ray Allen is accused of entering a residence on Sunday, Feb. 12th on Hospital Drive and pointed a firearm at a woman inside the residence.
Authorities say the suspect pointed a weapon and terrorized the female and her boyfriend.
On February 17th a Randolph County judge found probable cause to charge Curtis Ray Allen with two counts of kidnapping, terroristic threatening, aggravated assault, and interference with a communication device, and one count of possession of a firearm by a certain person.
