Kiss Me Peanut Butter Cookies
1/2 cup soft shortening
1/2 cup soft margerine
1 cup of sugar
1 cup brown sugar packed
2 eggs
2 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 bag of chocolate kisses
Heat oven to 375 degrees. Mix shortening, peanut butter, sugars, and eggs. Blend all dry ingredients, stir. Chill for 30 minutes in fridge. Roll dough into balls. Place apart on a lightly greased baking sheet. (spray with pam) Bake 10-12 minutes. Removed and place one chocolate kiss on each cookie.(press slightly to stick) Allow to cool. Makes a lot of kiss me cookies~
