William Miller, the suspect accused in the 2004 murder of Rebekah Gould has accepted a plea deal and has been sentenced to 40 years in the Arkansas Department of Corrections with the possibility of parole.
Authorities yesterday stated the plea agreement had been reached and would go before a judge this morning.
The sentence is part of a plea deal which was accepted by the family.
