According to Sharp County Chief Deputy Aaron Presser, the following individuals were incarcerated last week (8/16-8/22) an average of 76 inmates housed in the Sharp County Detention Center daily.
Thomas Ashcraft, 36, of Bono, was arrested for Hot Checks Lt or Equal to $1,000 (Felony).
Shelby Chiaromonte, 41, of Cave City, was arrested for Contempt of Court.
Logan Dobbs, 21, of Mammoth Springs, was arrested for Court.
Cody Elrod, 27, of Nashville, was arrested for Failure to Comply with Conditions, Failure to Appear-Misdemeanor, and Failure to Pay Time Pay on Speeding x2, Driving Left of Center, Driving on a Suspended or Revoked DL x2, Failure to Stop or Yield, Failure to Yield to Emergency Vehicle x2, Refusing Breathalyzer-Chemical Test, Leaving the Scene with Damage Only to Vehicle, Obstructing Governmental Operations.
Lisa Holmes, 34, of Cherokee Village, was arrested for Public Intoxication, Disorderly Conduct.
Lisa Horton, 39, of Arkansas, was arrested for Public Intoxication and Disorderly Conduct.
Dean Jeffers, 52, of Mammoth Springs, was arrested for Obstructing Governmental Operations, Disorderly Conduct, and Public Intoxication.
Atullia Jeffers-Sexton, 37, of Hardy, was arrested for Public Intoxication, Disorderly Conduct, Resisting Arrest, and Obstructing Governmental Operations.
Ricky Mask, 62, of Salem, was arrested for Failure to Pay Time Pay/Failure to Appear, Failure to Pay Time Pay on Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Drinking in Public.
Lori Melton, 35, of Horseshoe Bend, was arrested for Public Intoxication.
Michael Nesby, 27, of Mark Tree, was arrested for Failure to Appear-Misdemeanor, Failure to Pay Time Pay on Driving without DL, No Proof of Liability Insurance.
Sean Niswonger, 38, of Cherokee Village, was sentenced to ADC.
Jonathan Peak, 34, of Hardy, was sentenced to ADC .
Danielle Prudhome, 30, of Missouri Valley, was arrested for Failure to Appear-Felony on Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, DWI 1st, Refusal to Submit to Chemical Test, and Reckless Driving.
Robert Schilling, 40, of Cherokee Village, was arrested for Assault on Family or Household Member 3rd Degree, Misdemeanor.
Kirby Townsley, 39, of Batesville, was arrested for Failure to Appear-Misdemeanor on Refusal Breath Test, Driving while Intoxicated, Leaving scene of Accident, Careless Driving, No Proof of Liability Insurance.
David Travis, 67, Cherokee Village, was arrested for Driving while Intoxicated, Refusal to Submit to Chemical Test (A Misdemeanor).
