Burnett Wayne Redd, 73, of Black Rock, Arkansas passed away at his home on March 30, 2022. He was born on May 4, 1948 in Mooreland, Oklahoma to Edward and Dorothy Weldon Redd. Burnett was a Christian and was a member of Freedom Church in Pocahontas, Arkansas for many years. He was a dump truck driver for Ray J leased to Atlas Asphalt. He was known as Chief and Indian to the trucking world. He was an avid weather channel and Gold Rush fan. He enjoyed watching his grandchildren play, building custom birdhouses and tater boxes, building model trucks, and loved his dogs Rocky and Rugar.

Survivors include; loving wife; Teresa Redd of the home; one son: Shane Brower (Keri) of Lynn, Arkansas; three daughters: Novella Redd of Center, Kentucky, Anna Bailey (Dennis) of Center, Kentucky, Miranda Redd- Bowles (Alan) of Lorado, Arkansas; one sister: Peggy Jean Cariker (Vince) of Marysville, California; eight grandchildren: Briana Redd, Crystal Bailey, Wyatt Bailey, Jace Brower, Alec Brogdon, Sophie Brogdon, Theo Redd- Bowles, Miles Bowles; and a host of other family and friends.

Burnett is preceded in death by; Parents: Wayne Redd and Dorothy Boudreau; grandmother: Lulu Davis; two grandchildren: Toby Redd and Alice Bowles; one brother: Ed Redd; and two sisters: Betty Smith and Helen Scroggins.

A memorial service will be announced at a later date.
