The Rick and Rita Bozwell Agriculture Scholarship has been established through the BRTC Foundation.

The Knights of Columbus Council 2443 is offering a $1000 scholarship yearly in honor of Rick and Rita Bozwell. The scholarship will be awarded to a first-time entering freshman majoring in agriculture; the student selected will receive $500 each semester.

Rick and Rita were faithful members of St Paul Catholic Church and big supporters of youth and anything Agri related. They were growers of huge gardens and loved to share fresh produce. They also were caretakers of livestock and members of the local antique tractor club. Their love of kids, land, and nature were very present in the daily lives of this wonderful and humble couple.

We, as Knights of Columbus members, “pray and hope that this scholarship is helpful in advancing the love and devotion of agriculture in the recipient.”
