Randolph County District Court will be having “Amnesty Days” throughout March.
The Randolph County District Court will offer amnesty to individuals on Tuesday March 1, March 8, March 15, and March 22 at 10:00 a.m. for the misdemeanor charges of Failure to Appear (“FTA”) and Failure to Pay (“FTP”).
Individuals with outstanding FTA or FTP warrants are urged to appear in the district court during the designated Amnesty Days to address outstanding misdemeanor warrants and to resolve delinquent fines without fear of arrest.
If you have an outstanding Failure to Appear (“FTA”) warrant, the warrant will be dismissed, and you will be given a new court date.
If you have an outstanding Failure to Pay (“FTP”) warrant, your installment payment will be reset, and the court will work with you on a payment plan for your fine balance. Community service opportunities will also be available for extra credit toward old fines.
This applies to Misdemeanor Failures to Appear and Failures to Pay ONLY.

Randolph County District Court is located at 1510 Pace Rd. In Pocahontas.
