In a press release by Stone County Chief Deputy Dammon McGilton, Allen Keith GODFREY, age 23, of Fox, Arkansas was arrested for Internet Stalking of a Child and 2 counts of Sexual Assault in the Fourth Degree with a minor less than 15 years of age.

Internet Stalking of a Child is a Class “Y” Felony and carries a sentence of 10-40 to Life in the Arkansas Department of Corrections and the Sexual Assault charges are Class “D” Felonies and carry up to 6 years each.

Authorities say, that on September 8, 2021, a complaint was filed by the father of a 14-year-old girl who stated that GODFREY has been contacting his daughter. GODFREY was out on bond at that time from an arrest back in March of this year for allegedly having a sexual relationship with the minor child.

After further investigation, authorities were able to get an Order to Revoke Bond and Appear signed by Circuit Judge Tim Weaver.

Chief Deputy McGilton took GODFREY into custody at a job site in Fox, AR. GODFREY was transported to the Stone County Criminal Investigation Building. In a post Miranda statement, GODFREY admitted that he had contacted the minor victim through Facebook Messenger and other means of communication for the purposes to engage in sexual activity and had sexual contact at least twice in the month of August.

On October 4, 2021, a warrant for Internet Stalking of a child and 2 counts of Fourth Degree Sexual Assault was filed in the Stone County Circuit Court. Bond was set on GODFREY in the amount of $300,000.00 on those charges. His bond was revoked on the first case.
