According to the Fulton County Sheriff’s Office, deputies responded to a call for shots fired and a woman screaming on Hwy 223 in Viola. 

When deputies arrived on the scene, they found a female victim crying unconditionally. 

The victim stated that a male suspect, Casey Bailey, age 33 had threatened her after an argument.
The victim said Bailey began getting irate when he was told to leave a relatives property.

Bailey allegedly began cussing, and on his way out the door, he pulled a gun out and fired two rounds into the ground.

After firing the weapon, Bailey turned around and threatened to kill the victim.

Bailey then got in his vehicle and fled the scene. 

Authorities arrived on the scene, they issued a BOLO (be on the lookout) for Bailey’s car, which was later found.

Bailey was arrested and taken to the Fulton County Jail.
A search of his vehicle revealed two firearms that were seized for evidence. 

Bailey faces charges for felony aggravated assault, 1st-degree felony terroristic threatening, and misdemeanor disorderly conduct. Bailey’s bond was set at $5,000.
