Joshua Golden, age 29 was pulled over in a traffic stop by the Arkansas State Police for not displaying a license plate. 

During the traffic stop, it was discovered that was wanted for an outstanding warrant out of Sharp County. 

The ASP Trooper then placed Golden into custody, when asked if he had anything, Golden revealed he was hiding marijuana in his pants pocket. The Trooper then searched Golden’s vehicle and found one plastic baggie that contained methamphetamine.

Authorities stated the methamphetamine weight was greater than two grams.

Golden was arrested on his outstanding warrant along with a felony charge for possession of a controlled substance – methamphetamine, weighting greater than two grams but less than ten.

His bond was set at $1,500.
