Shortly before 11 am on Thursday a man was reported to be acting suspicious and possibly under the influence on the property of Dollar General in Imboden according to witnesses.
Lawrence County Deputies responded and made contact with the suspect identified as James Bertsch of Ravenden.
Authorities discovered that Bertsch had an outstanding active warrant out of Lawrence County.
Bertsch was arrested without incident by deputies and transported to the Lawrence County Detention Center.
