Fulton County authorities say a woman was transported by medical helicopter to an area hospital after investigators say she was accidentally shot.
The Fulton County Sheriff Stated the shooting happened around 10 am on Tuesday near Nine Mile Ridge outside of Hardy.
The woman, whose identity has not been released by authorities, suffered serious injuries and was transported by medical helicopter to an undisclosed hospital.
The Fulton County Sheriff’s Office is still conducting the investigation but states at this time it seems to be “an apparent accidentâ€
