Additional charges have been filed against a Hardy man accused in several rape cases involving young girls.
81-year-old Leonard Pickle Jr is now charged with nine counts of rape. A victim told police that Pickle had sex with her when she was between the ages of 7 and 12 years old.
Bond in that case was set at $200,000. An additional victim then came forward after hearing of the formal charges and told authorities that she was also sexually abused by Pickle from age 4 through the age of 12. Stating she was raped 40 to 50 times. Yet another victim from Jonesboro claimed Pickle was her babysitter while her foster mother went on dates and he sexually assaulted her as a child. A fourth victim in West Plains alleges Pickle abused her from age 5 to 8.
Pickle received an additional 75,000 Bond each on all three of these cases. Pickle is currently in the Fulton County jail awaiting trial.
