The Arkansas State Police reported a Batesville man was killed on Thursday, Jan. 7th in Bradford, after being struck by a vehicle.
Mark Sneed, age 64, died as he was walking across the roadway around 6:30 a.m. and was struck by a vehicle traveling East on State Highway 87.
Trooper Quinton Magg stated the road conditions were dry, and the weather was cloudy.
This was the 12th reported fatal accident of 2021, according to the Arkansas State Police.
