Randy Victor Pursifull, 50, of Jonesboro entered into Heaven on Friday, January 1, 2021 at St. Bernard’s Medical Center. He was born to Robert and Brenda Pursifull in Rockford, Illinois on December 19, 1970. Randy grew up in Imboden and was a graduate of Sloan-Hendrix in 1989. He also graduated from Black River Technical College with an associate degree in IT. He has lived the last 20 years in Jonesboro and attended the Calvary Baptist Church. Due to illness Randy retired early from his jobs at Teleflora where he used his degree in IT and his car business, Randy’s auto sales.

Randy enjoyed spending time with family and friends as well as reading, studying, and having talks with Greg about the Bible. Randy was an avid sports fan especially the Seattle Seahawks, Chicago Cubs and getting to play fantasy football with his buddies.

He is survived by his wife, Edie Pursifull of 19 years, of the home; son, Jace Pursifull of Jonesboro; daughters, Bethany Pursifull, Raelynn Pursifull, and Step daughter Danielle Allbritton all of Jonesboro; mother, Brenda Pursifull of Pocahontas; sister, Cindy (Clint) Junkersfeld of Pocahontas; nieces and nephews, Jeremy Wattigney, Katelyn Wattigney, Thomas Barnett, Chris Barnett, Elizabeth Reed, Parker Reed, and Andrew Martin; and his great nieces and nephews.

Randy is preceded in death by his dad, Robert Pursifull; son, Derek Pursifull; paternal grandparents, Torgie and Irene Haroldson; and maternal grandparents, Jesse and Patsy Brown.
