Ryan Cooper Sworn In As 3rd Judicial Prosecuting Attorney On New Year’s Day

Governor Asa Hutchinson appointed Ryan Cooper as the Third Judicial District prosecuting attorney, Cooper was sworn in on January 1st to replace the outgoing Henry Boyce.

Ryan Cooper of Imboden has been serving as the chief deputy prosecutor.

Cooper’s term begins Jan. 1, 2021, and expires Dec. 31, 2022

Ryan Cooper has also served as the prosecuting city attorney for both Walnut Ridge and Hoxie as well as chief deputy prosecutor of the Third Judicial District.

Governor Hutchinson was quoted as saying “I appreciate his willingness to serve and his dedication to the Third Judicial District.”
